      Installation Guide for Edge Trims

Unroll: The edge trim has a natural bend. Before you start, roll the edge trim in the opposite direction from how it's been packaged to offset its tension a bit. This will help the strip to stick properly.

Cut: Cut the edge trim at a 45° angle to make a neat corner.

Peel: Peel off the protective tape from the back of the edge trim. Make sure you only remove the red tape and not the white adhesive foam. For longer lengths keep the majority of the backing paper on and only fold back a small part of it.

Stick: Press the edge trim firmly onto the wall to make sure proper adhesion. Remove the remaining of the backing paper as you smooth down the rest of the edge trim

      Doesn't stick

This was kind of a waste of time as the strip was stiff and held it's circular shape too much that I found it had popped off the wall every time I walked into the kitchen. This was on basic wallpaper though so it might work better on a glassy type surface. I'll have to get some super tough glue to try make it stay on. Would not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with our edge trim. We’ve already reached out to you directly to offer a replacement trim and share some installation tips, including unrolling the trim in the opposite direction to reduce tension and ensuring the surface is completely flat and smooth, as textured surfaces can affect adhesion.

We understand how frustrating this must have been. Additionally, we are reviewing and improving our installation guides to make the process as seamless as possible for all customers.

If you have further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're here to help!

      Silver edge trim

The trim is easy to cut, the red backing paper is a little hard to get off at the start but after that all good. Have put up and it looks great thank you

Certainly gave it the Wow factor!

So easy to apply and made the tiles look amazing! I used it to join tiles below and vinyl above, so pleased with how it all turned out.

      Dissapointed

Is was quite hard to get the 45 degree angle cut for the corners correct as the trim is not flat which made it hard to make a perfect cut. Also trim would not stick to wall even after holding in place with tape. Tried to glue it but still won't stick. The light from nearby window reflects of the silver and it looks bumpy. Not happy with the look and because it won't stick we will have to try something else as a trim.

We have been in contact with the customer as soon as we received her feedback and tried to resolve this issue. She's been sent a replacement edge trim since the first one appeared to have had a manufacturer defect.
