All orders are dispatched from our stockroom in Auckland. Please note that we do not allow pick ups or drop offs of returns. For any returns, please follow the instructions of our 30 days return policy.

Holiday Delivery Cut-Off Dates:

New Zealand: Place orders by 10 AM on 19 December.
Australia: Place orders by 1 December.
