Installation Guide
Clean: Clean the area you wish to renovate with a degreaser and let dry.
Measure: Measure the area you are tiling correctly and mark guidelines on the wall ready for installation.
Cut: Mark the backing paper of the tiles using a ruler and pencil, then cut using a craft knife.
Peel: Remove a small section of the paper backing and align the tile on the wall. Once in place remove the remainder of the backing.
Stick & Overlap: Install the next tile and overlap the entire grout line where the tiles meet. Press firmly to secure the tiles.

Pretty disappointed with with the overall experience from delivery time to the completion of the job in hand.Follwed prep and fitting instructions to the letter but not impressed with the final finish.Will learn from this there are no short cuts in tiling.

Regarding the delivery, your order was placed during our scheduled break. Before we closed, we sent newsletters to all our subscribers to inform them of the break and the shipping schedule. We also had pop up and banner notices on the website stating that orders would be shipped on Tuesday, January 28th. Your order was dispatched that day and delivered on the 30th, which is a standard timeframe for Hawke’s Bay deliveries.
